ADVERTISING ARTWORK FILE REQUIREMENTS
We only accept print ready PDF files and they have to be created using our specific print settings. Download the Adobe Acrobat settings here (Print_Show_Daily.joboptions).
If you are outputting via your chosen design software please use our settings as below:
QuarkXpress (Print_Settings_Quark)
Illustrator (Print_Show_Daily.joboptions)
InDesign (Print_Show_Daily.joboptions)
Photoshop (Print_Show_Daily.joboptions)
Files provided in any other format may require our designers to make changes and will incur a minimum fee of €60.
FONTS
Please ensure that all fonts are embedded in the PDF document or make sure you convert fonts to outlines to prevent any issues with fonts.
IMAGES
If there are any images within in the document, they must be saved as CMYK and no less than 300dpi, preferably in TIF or EPS to ensure quality.
cOLOURS
Please make sure all colours are converted to CMYK including any spot colours.
BLEED, TRIM MARKS & FOLD LINES
If your document has colour or images placed off the edge of the page, a 5mm bleed is required. Trim marks and fold lines are to be set outside the print area.
SUBMIT YOUR ARTWORK
Please Note: FTP uploads may not work with your Internet Browser. Use an FTP client software application such as CyberDuck (free trial, runs on Mac OS X, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7), Transmit (free trial, runs on Mac OS X), or Filezilla (free, runs on Mac OS X, Linux and Windows).
ONLINE PORTAL SIGN IN
With our new secure online portal, you can upload artwork, check ad proofs, view accounting statements and pay online with a credit card. We will provide you with login credentials on request.
