Velo has developed several different processes to minimise its wastage and environmental impact. As a result, it now reuses foam wastes via an in-house recycling process that sees this material re-purposed and returned to saddle production. The same goes for its grip cores which now utilise recycled EVA material. Both developments have eliminated waste going to landfills with no loss in the quality of the final products.
